To Apply As a Resident
- Take a tour of the facility to check if we are a perfect fit for the applicant, then speak to the Admissions Coordinator to check for availability.
- Get an application form and fill it up. Part of the application form (MEDICAL REPORT) needs to be completed by the applicant’s attending physician.
- Submit the application form either via email, postal mail or fax.
- After submitting the forms, call the Admissions Coordinator to state your intent to come to Villa Scalabrini as soon as a room is made available.
